My seal paragraphs

Walt: We are learning to summarise the main points of a paragraph.

Seals are mammals that live in the oceans all over the world. All of the seals at Antarctica are non-eared seals.

These seals have lots of blubber to keep them warm.Seals have thick short hair on their streamlined body to keep them warm. They have flippers to help them be superb swimmers.

Most of the time seals are in the sea.All seals  a fast and graceful swimmers in the ocean. They can be clumsy on the land.Female seals  haul up on the ice and rest so they can give birth to their pups.

Did you know Crabeater seals are the most common antarctic seals, there is also 30 million of them  in antarctica. They  also eat krill rather than crabs.

Did you know that Leopard seals hunt penguins underwater. When they're on ice they can’t move fast so the penguins aren't  afraid  of them on ice.

Did you know  that   Weddell seals  can stay at antarctica for the whole winter well all of the other seals a gone to the southern parts of the ocean they can  also stay even when the water freezes.
