Ratios 1 Week 7

This week for maths Miss Clark gave  us a presentation that we had to complete this week, we had to answer all of the ratio questions that were written on each slide.

German Twins Divide Nation

Last week Aoraki were given a article to read, it was about the German twins ( Anna & Lisa Hahner) competing in the Rio Olympic women's marathon. After our group had read the article we then had to follow the instructions on our team 5  learning site.

Identity

Today my home class and I talked about Identity and what it's like to know your identity and what it's like to not know your identity. On this image you can see that our teacher has traced and outline of one of our students and then filled it up with words we shared with the class about the feelings some people will feel when knowing your identity and not knowing your identity. On the left hand side you can see that the words are written with a black whiteboard marker, this side is what people would feel when the know their identity. On the right hand side the letters are written in purple, this is what it might feel like to not know your identity

Hatters Gold

Last week my literacy group which is called Aoraki was working on this presentation called The Hatters Gold. I have found this presentation a bit hard and some parts easy.

Diggity Week 5

Last week in literacy class Aoraki was given this literacy activity to complete, this activity is called diggity and it is about a dog that goes to the beach with his owners,w hen something terrible happens to Diggity. For this activity we had to first read the text then answer the questions on each of the slide

The Promise

   Last week we had to complete this presentation called The Promise, this story is about a group of teenagers basically living inside of an bunker because there is something or someone is making their land at danger, ( Bombing). For this presentation we had to answer all of these questions using the book for answers.

Nga Pakanga o Aotearoa

Last week my literacy group Aoraki were working on this presentation called Nga Pakanga O Aotearoa. We first had to read the story then answer all of the questions in the presentation. This presentation is short because Aoraki was allowed to delete some of the slides because it was too hard and way too long.
